1. Introduction
This Service Policy outlines the terms, standards, and expectations that govern the delivery of software development, SaaS products, and IT services provided by Diginuance to our clients and end users. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms described herein.
2. Scope of Services
Diginuance provides the following categories of services:
- Custom software development (web apps, mobile apps, APIs, backend systems)
- SaaS product subscriptions and licensing
- IT consulting and technical advisory services
- UI/UX design and digital product development
- System integration and third-party API development
- Maintenance, support, and managed services
3. Service Delivery Standards
3.1 Project Timelines
We commit to delivering services within the agreed timelines specified in the project scope or service agreement. Any delays caused by client-side factors will not be attributed to Diginuance. We will proactively notify clients of any anticipated delays.
3.2 Quality Assurance
All deliverables undergo internal quality checks before delivery. We follow industry-standard coding practices and testing methodologies to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
3.3 Communication
We maintain clear and timely communication throughout the service lifecycle. Clients receive regular project updates via agreed communication channels.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate, and complete project requirements
- Respond to queries and feedback requests in a timely manner
- Provide necessary access, credentials, or resources as needed
- Designate an authorized point of contact for project communication
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review period
5. Payment Terms
- An advance/deposit may be required before project commencement
- Milestone-based payments are applicable for larger projects
- SaaS subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis
- Invoices are payable within 7–15 business days of issuance
- Late payments may attract a delay fee as specified in the contract
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Diginuance retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary code. SaaS products are licensed, not sold.
7. Confidentiality
Diginuance treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose, sell, or share client data with third parties without explicit consent. Clients may request an NDA before project commencement.
8. Service Limitations
Diginuance is not responsible for:
- Downtime caused by third-party hosting platforms or infrastructure providers
- Issues arising from client-side modifications to delivered systems
- Data loss resulting from failure to maintain backups on the client’s end
- Delays caused by force majeure events
9. Support & Maintenance
- Complimentary bug-fix support period after delivery (as defined per project)
- Extended support available under a separate maintenance contract
