1. Overview

At Diginuance, we are committed to delivering high-quality software and SaaS services. This policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes.

2. SaaS Product Subscriptions

2.1 Free Trials

No payment is required during the trial period. Cancel before trial ends to avoid being charged.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund if no significant usage has occurred. After 7 days, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis as service credits.

3. Custom Software Development

3.1 Advance/Deposit Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable once development work has commenced. If cancelled before commencement, the advance may be refundable at Diginuance’s discretion.

3.2 Milestone Payments

Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Disputes must be raised within 5 business days of delivery.

3.3 Project Cancellation by Client

  • Work completed up to cancellation date will be billed proportionally
  • Unused prepaid amounts may be refunded after deducting costs incurred
  • Final settlement statement provided within 10 business days

4. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service was not delivered as described in the agreed scope
  • Critical technical failure on our part that cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Cancellation within eligible refund window

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after project commencement or subscription activation
  • Dissatisfaction due to scope changes introduced by client after approval
  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, unavailability)
  • Services already rendered and accepted
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting, API services)

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Include invoice number, payment date, and reason for request
  • Our team will respond within 5–7 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 10–15 business days to original payment method

7. Dispute Resolution

Contact us at [email protected] to escalate any billing disputes. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and fairly. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.
