What services does Diginuance offer?
Diginuance provides custom software development, SaaS product engineering, web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, IT consulting, system integration, and ongoing maintenance and support. Full list on our Services page.
Where is Diginuance located?
Our permanent registered office is at House 153, Street 1, Sector 1, AECHS, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We are a Single Member Private Limited Company registered in Pakistan under registration number 0219382, established on 30 December 2022.
What are your operational hours?
Our office and customer service line operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5). Email is monitored on weekends for priority clients.
2. Pricing & Payments
In which currency do you price services?
All domestic services are quoted and billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International clients may be billed in USD or EUR on request. Indicative starting prices are published on our Services page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via authorized State Bank of Pakistan licensed payment gateways including PayFast, direct bank transfer (IBFT), Visa/Mastercard, and international wire transfers for cross-border clients.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including Sales Tax on Services and Federal Excise Duty) unless explicitly stated. Tax is added at the legally applicable rate on the final invoice.
3. Delivery & Shipping
How are software services delivered?
Since our offerings are digital, delivery is electronic: source code via a private Git repository, deployed applications via URLs, SaaS access via login credentials, and design assets via cloud-storage links. There is no physical shipping. Full details in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What are your delivery turnaround times?
Subscription credentials and digital downloads are issued within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Custom development deliverables follow the milestone schedule in your service agreement.
4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Can I return or cancel a service after purchase?
Because we deliver digital and bespoke services, traditional product returns do not apply. However, you may cancel SaaS subscriptions at any time, and you may request refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy and Return Policy.
What if I am unhappy with the delivered service?
Raise the concern in writing to [email protected] within 5 business days of delivery. We will investigate, propose remediation, and where eligible under our Refund Policy, offer corrective work, service credits, or a refund.
5. Legal, Privacy & Confidentiality
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before discussing project details and honor confidentiality as detailed in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Who owns the intellectual property of the software you build?
For custom development projects, intellectual property of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, subject to your service agreement. For SaaS subscriptions, Diginuance retains ownership of the platform and licenses access to subscribers.
How is my personal data protected?
We collect only the data necessary to deliver services, store it on access-controlled infrastructure, and never sell personal data to third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
