Indicative Pricing
Diginuance is a Pakistan-registered software company and all of our domestic services are quoted and billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The table below lists indicative starting prices for the most commonly requested engagements. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, and timeline, and is confirmed in a written service agreement before any work begins.

What the Price Includes
- Discovery call(s) and a written scope document.
- UI/UX design or design integration as listed.
- Development, code review, and internal QA.
- Deployment to a staging environment for client UAT.
- One round of revisions per milestone.
- 30 days of post-launch warranty for defect fixes.
- Source code and full IP transfer on final payment (for custom projects).
What is Charged Separately
- Pakistan Sales Tax on Services / Federal Excise Duty (charged at the legal rate applicable on invoice date).
- Third-party costs passed through at cost: cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP), domains, paid plugins, SMS/email service fees, App Store and Play Store developer fees.
- Out-of-scope change requests, scoped and billed per the “Hourly Consulting” rate.
Payment Terms
- Fixed-price projects: typically 40% on signing, 30% on staging delivery, 30% on production launch.
- SaaS subscriptions: billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Hourly engagements: billed every two weeks against a signed timesheet.
- Accepted payment methods: PayFast (cards), direct bank transfer / IBFT, and international wire transfer for cross-border clients.
International Clients
For clients outside Pakistan, the equivalent USD or EUR rate is calculated at the State Bank of Pakistan published exchange rate on the date of the proposal and is honored for 30 days. Wire-transfer fees, if any, are borne by the remitter.
